We would like to make it possible for fans and other interested people to ask Mark questions about his films, his expeditions, his work with reptiles, or herpetology in general.
Mark is, of course, often unavailable to respond due to committments overseas, but we aim to compile questions and provide him with batches for answering on an occasional basis. This means that unfortunately we cannot guarantee a rapid turnaround for answers.
However if you would still like to ask Mark a question please email us at the address below and we will see what we can do. We will email you when your question is answered.
We will post answered questions on this page with the name, age and country of the questioner. We will not include your email address and if you would prefer us to refer to you only as Ms K. or John, rather than using your full name, please let us know in your original email.
A couple of guidelines when considering your questions.
1. Please check that your question is not already answered in the FAQ section.
2. Please try to be as specific as possible in your question, for example:
What is the largest snake you have every captured ?
Is it true there are no snakes in Ireland ?
Which snake do you consider the most dangerous in the world and why ?
are much more likely to get a response that a general request like:
I am doing a school project on snakes, can you tell me about them ?
Mark will not answer questions on his personal life, beyond the information already available in the biography on the About Mark page, and neither will he disclose how many times he has been bitten.
