In addition to the venomous Müller's crowned snakes (Aspidomorphus muelleri) captured in the Sangara plantation, we also bagged four New Guinea small-eyed snakes (Micropechis ikaheka), including some one very large specimen. The Midwest M1 tongs were padded with neoprene and het-shrink so the snakes were in no way harmed during capture, we need healthy snakes for continued venom production.
